Course Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be made; instead, you will be offered a place on the next available course date within a year.

Therapy Session Payment & Cancellation Policy

24hours’ notice is required for cancellations of any session without incurring a charge.

Cancellations made more than 24-hours prior to the start of the session: a full refund will be given.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice: no refund will be given.
